You must have the rights to every uploaded photo, audio track and other material, and obtain consent from each recognizable person whose likeness you submit. You are responsible for submitted material and the use of generated output under the Terms of Service.
Prohibited content
Do not request, upload, generate or distribute any of the following through this service:
- Pornography, sexual content or other NSFW material, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Violence, gore, threats or material that promotes physical harm.
- Hate speech or harassment targeting people or protected groups.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors or other content unsafe for children.
- Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation of another person or misleading use of someone's likeness without permission.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights or other third-party rights, including unauthorized music or footage.
Do not try to bypass provider safety checks, which may reject requests. This tool does not license an original song or performance, nor guarantee an exact recreation of one.
Video service scope
Bulin47 Video creates a new AI video from one user photo and the site's built-in Bulin 47 freestyle reference video. The reference is provided by the site; you do not upload a second photo or a reference video. Each new generation uses 1 video generation from your account's allowance. Video packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription or automatic renewal. AI-generated results may change a person's appearance, actions and sound. Output quality, identity accuracy and lip synchronization are not guaranteed. The generation service does not grant rights to the reference footage, music, performances or people's likenesses. Bulin47 Video is an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or their teams.
How to report and request review
Report suspected violations to support@bulin47video.dev or through an authenticated support ticket. Include the relevant link or task reference, what happened, and why it appears to violate this policy. Do not send sensitive imagery unless requested through an appropriate channel. We assess available content, task and account records, provider safety signals and any additional information needed to decide whether a request or account violates these rules. We may temporarily restrict access during review. If action is taken against you, use the same channels to request reconsideration and provide context.
Enforcement and video generation allowances
For unauthorized photos, infringing uploads, prohibited material, repeated abuse or attempts to evade safety checks, we may block a request, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account. Video generation allowances may be deducted for requests that consumed provider resources or violated this policy, and allowances spent on a policy-violating request may not be restored, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy. Confirmed technical failures follow the separate generation-return process; a provider safety rejection, timeout and policy violation are not automatically the same outcome. A network timeout or closed tab alone does not prove failure. A completed generation is not restored merely because you dislike the result. A generation return is not a cash refund; cash refunds and billing disputes follow the Refund Policy.
