These terms govern your use of Bulin47 Video. You must be legally able to use the service and have permission from every recognizable person whose photo you upload and animate. You are responsible for the photo and other materials you submit and for how you use the output.
Video service
Videos are generated by MiniMax H3. Bulin47 Video generates a video from one user photo and the site's fixed reference video of the Bulin 47 freestyle. The available resolution choices are 768P and 2K. The reference is provided by the site, not a second user upload. We do not guarantee that a person's identity, actions or lip movements will be accurate, or that an original song or performance can be recreated or licensed through this service.
Prohibited material and your responsibility
Do not upload unauthorized photos or material that infringes another person's rights. The Content Policy also prohibits pornography or other NSFW material, violence or gore, hate speech, content unsafe for children, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement. Do not submit music, footage or likenesses without the rights and consent needed to use them. You are responsible for claims or losses caused by your breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.
Moderation and enforcement
Provider safety checks may reject a request. We may also review reports, task records and available content, restrict a request while investigating, remove violating content, limit features, or suspend or terminate an account for unauthorized photos, infringement, prohibited content, repeated abuse or attempts to evade safety checks. A request that consumes provider resources or violates these terms may use a purchased generation, and a generation used for a policy-violating request may not be restored, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy. A confirmed technical failure follows the generation-return process; a closed tab or timeout does not prove failure. Unused purchased generations are handled under applicable checkout terms and law, not automatically forfeited merely because an account is closed.
Reports and review
To report a suspected violation, email support@bulin47video.dev or open a support ticket with the relevant URL, task reference and a description. Do not send sensitive photos unless requested through an appropriate channel. We assess reports using available content, account and provider signals; we may request more information, restrict access during review and take proportionate action. If your content or account is restricted, use the same contact path to request a review. See the Content Policy for the detailed process.
One-time payments and availability
The one-time packs are USD $9.90 for 1 generation, USD $19.90 for 3 generations, and USD $29.90 for 5 generations. No monthly or annual plans. No subscription or automatic renewal. Each new generation uses one generation from your pack. Buying a pack does not start a video by itself. Review the amount and any applicable tax before checkout. The website shows whether purchasing and generation are currently available; a listed price does not mean a disabled checkout is open. A returned generation after a confirmed technical failure may remain pending while the task settles. Provider-backed features may change or be unavailable. Do not assume a particular waiting time, perfect output or permanent access to stored files.
