Can I generate a video for free?

There is no free personalized trial. Examples are free to watch. New accounts start with no videos; each generation uses 1 video from your account.

Does buying a pack start my video?

No. A confirmed purchase adds 1, 3 or 5 videos to your account. Return to the studio, choose one photo and select Create My Video. Buying a pack does not upload a photo or start generation.

What if a generation fails?

Confirmed provider technical failures follow the task’s credit-return process. A timeout is not proof of failure: check the same request first. Safety or policy rejections are reviewed separately and credits may not be returned. Contact support with the task reference.

Can I redo a result or request a refund?

A new attempt uses another 1 video, including changes to your photo or a completed result you dislike. Cash refunds are separate from generation credit returns; no fixed cash-refund window is advertised. See the Refund Policy or contact support with the order reference.
